What working together looks like

Most of my work starts with a discovery call: a straight conversation about where you are, what's getting in the way, and whether working together makes sense.

If it does, we go deeper in a strategy session. We map out the real situation, identify where the biggest leverage is, and agree on what we're building together.

From there, we work weekly. Calls, done-for-you work, and ongoing advisory, whatever combination makes most sense for your business.

If you're still the best salesperson in the business, or the only one, we fix that. We document what works, build a repeatable process, and create the structure so the business can generate and close sales without you needing to be in every conversation.

Hiring and building a team

Whether it's your first hire or your next one, getting it right matters. We build the role properly, find the right person, and set up the onboarding so they can actually do the job without you holding their hand indefinitely.

Operational architecture

The systems and processes that let the business run without everything going through you. We identify where your time is going, what should be delegated, what should be automated, and what shouldn't exist at all.

Strategic clarity

Once the operational weight starts lifting, the question becomes: what do you actually want to build? We work on that too, what the business should look like in two or three years, and what decisions need to be made now to get there.

A note on fit

I work with a small number of owners at any one time. It's not a volume game.

This probably isn't the right fit if:
