This isn't a programme you fit around running your business. It's real work, done together, inside the actual thing.
Most of my work starts with a discovery call: a straight conversation about where you are, what's getting in the way, and whether working together makes sense.
If it does, we go deeper in a strategy session. We map out the real situation, identify where the biggest leverage is, and agree on what we're building together.
From there, we work weekly. Calls, done-for-you work, and ongoing advisory, whatever combination makes most sense for your business.
Every business is different. But the issues tend to cluster around the same things.

If you're still the one bringing in most of the work, that's the ceiling. We figure out what's actually winning you business, build a repeatable process around it, and put things in place so new work comes in without you chasing it.

You've got people, but things still run through you. We look at why that is and fix it. Sometimes it's the wrong roles, sometimes it's how they're set up. Either way, the goal is a team that can actually operate without you in the middle of everything.

We look at where your time is actually going and start moving things off your plate. Some things need delegating, some need better systems, some shouldn't exist at all. The goal is a business that keeps moving when you step away.

Once the operational weight starts lifting, the question becomes: what do you actually want to build? We work on that too, what the business should look like in two or three years, and what decisions need to be made now to get there.
I work with a small number of owners at any one time. It's not a volume game.
