About
I work inside businesses alongside their owners. Building the systems, the teams, and the AI workflows that let them step back without things falling apart.
I have spent over eight years working directly with business owners, and longer than that in and around sales leadership, team development, and operational problem-solving. I have built sales teams from scratch, led them, fixed what was not working, and developed the people doing the work.
Along the way I have worked with senior leaders across organisations like KPMG, DocuSign, HSBC Asset Management, Bloom and Wild, MyTutor, and Vizolution, alongside smaller owner-led businesses like Taxi for Email, Action Rocket, Guest 365, MJS Tax, and Adare Pharma Solutions. Not all of that was AI and efficiency work. Much of it was leadership development, sales enablement, and helping good people do better work.
But the pattern was always the same: the owner was stuck in the middle of everything, and the business could not grow past what they could personally manage. Eventually I stopped coaching from the sidelines and started getting into the business itself. Building the systems, hiring the people, setting up the processes, and now increasingly, putting AI and automation to work where it makes a real difference.
I do not do the flying visit. I get into the business, understand what is actually going on, and work alongside you over months. Not a one-off strategy day and a slide deck.
Most engagements start with a discovery conversation, then a proper strategy session. From there we work together weekly, building what needs to be built and fixing what is getting in the way.
It is part coaching, part consulting, part just getting things done together.
I work with business owners, typically running teams of 5 to 20 people, who are profitable but stretched. The business works. It works because they make it work. And that is exactly the problem.
I have been in their position, and I have been alongside enough owners to know what the common patterns are and what actually fixes them. I have recruited, and worked in recruitment, so I know how hiring processes should work from both sides. I have led sales teams and developed them. I have built systems, purchased systems, and trained people on how to use them. I have onboarded people at every level so they know how to operate more effectively from day one.
The result, in most cases, is a business owner who has more space in their week. To think strategically. To actually be present at home. To do the things outside of work that matter to them.

I am based in Surrey. My honest ambition outside the work is pretty simple: quality time with family, a business that genuinely helps people, and more rounds of golf with friends and family.
If I can find a way to pull all three together properly (still working on it), that is the version of life I am building towards. It is the same thing most of the owners I work with are after: a business that works, and a life around it that is actually worth living.
"The goal is not to work less. It is to work on the right things, and have a life around it."
If any of this resonates, the best next step is a conversation.
